Public Forum:

Cllr Roberts welcomed everyone to the normal Parish Council thmeeting.

Opening of Meeting:

Cllr Roberts opened meeting proper at approx. 7 pm.

Apologies for Absence:

Cllr Carr Bilas

Declarations of Interest:

None.

5.

County Councillor – No Report.

District Councillor – No Report.

Police – Update via email from PC Claire Wilson – there is just Claire covering Bourne and Billingborough and The Deepings and her colleague PC Collinson covering Stamford and Stamford Rural.

Slight increase in Scam and Fraud in the general area (however there are too many to mention).

Suspicious activity onbank accounts – most incidents over the last couple of months are traffic related on the A15 (incidents with Deer or other traffic offences.

Parish Clerk Salary – April - £218.91

BSH Skip Hire – £410.00

Lionel Fisher – Grasscutting Cemetery £460.00

Zurich Insurance – £241.00

Wave (Cemetery Water) – £38.34

P Taylor – £150.00

P Taylor – £200.00

All Councillors present in agreement for above payments to be made.

Up to date spreadsheet circulated to Councillors.

Cemetery: New signs up, new contact number.  Noticeboard in need of repair  or replacement.  Cllr Roberts will ask at work to see what they come up with!  Never had one at Cemetery until took over.

No requirement to go into Closed Session.
