2025 Minutes

1.

Welcome by Chairman and Apologies:

Cllr Roberts welcomed everyone to the meeting. 

Apologies received from Cllr Carr-bilas.

The meeting commenced at approx. 6.20 p.m.

2.

Election of Chairman and Vice Chairman:

Cllrs Roberts and Miller stood down.

Chairman:

It was unanimously agreed by all Cllrs present that they would like Cllr Roberts carry on in the role as Chairman for another 12 months - after much deliberation Cllr Roberts agreed to take up the role for the next financial year.  Documentation signed.

Vice Chairman:

Cllr Fairhead advised that he would be happy to stand and carry out the role of Vice Chairman for the next 12 months – it was unanimously agreed by all Cllrs present that Cllr Fairhead take on the role of Vice Chairman.  Documentation signed.

At this point in the meeting Cllr Roberts opened the floor to members of the public who wished to speak/ask questions.

Declaration of Interest:  None.

Minutes of last meeting to be Agreed and Signed:

All Cllrs in agreement for minutes from the meeting held in 2024 to be signed.

Matters Arising: None.

Cemetery:

Discuss under normal meeting.

Neighbourhood Watch:

Discuss under normal meeting.

Planning: No new applications.

9.

Highways:

Discuss under normal meeting.

10.

Finance:  End of Year Accounts completed.   Certificate of Exemption Signed off – copy to be sent to External Auditors PKF Littlejohn.

AOB: Minutes from this meeting to be presented at our next PC meeting instead of waiting a year.
