New Chairman’s report
Welcome new councillors- George Atkinson, Malcolm Fairhead
Declaration of Interest – None
Minutes of last meeting to be agreed and signed – deferred until next meeting to sign off.
Completion of paperwork by all Councillors present
Cemetery – Brian agreed to keep running for time being.
Neighbourhood Watch – look at re setting up again – (Ryan/Shane) happy to be representatives
Propose areas of responsibility each councillor
Planning – none
Highways – potholes still nightmare
Overgrown hedges infringing on pathways, overhanging tree branches in need of attention – do we send out generic letter? Kirkby Underwood road did initial letter drop, then put on Fix My Street etc – LCC will take up.
